Outdoor Labyrinth
You are invited to experience an ancient walking meditation by walking an outdoor 77-foot diameter replica of the labyrinth in Chartres Cathedral in France. Touch the earth with your feet, touch the holy with your heart. Wisdom Ways staff members offer an Introduction to the Labyrinth session for groups that are planning to walk the labyrinth for the first time. Call 651-696-2788.
Indoor Labyrinth
The
Tree of Wisdom Labyrinth—commissioned by Wisdom Ways and created by
Marilyn Larson on canvas—is available to walk year round in the east
parlor of Carondelet Center.
The following canvas labyrinths
are now available for church or congregational events, business retreat
days, civic gatherings or personal use, to rent through Wisdom Ways.
Labyrinths were made by Marilyn Larson, Veriditas or Robert Ferre.
 Finger Labyrinths
The finger labyrinth is an 11-inch Chartres pattern on laminated tag-board. Walk this labyrinth with your finger. The back side of the finger labyrinth includes information on the history of the labyrinth and suggested prayerful ways to "walk" the labyrinth. The finger labyrinths are available at the Carondelet Center Gift Shop for a suggested donation of $5, or by mail order from Wisdom Ways ($3 charge for postage and handling). Wooden labyrinths handmade by CSJ Sister Althea are also available for $50. Make checks payable to Wisdom Ways.
